I asked them to tell me who or what device signed up for this service and they said they had no way to know.Since nobody enjoys reading these things, we’re including short blurbs of text to help you understand what each section is about. The agent didn't even ask any Qs and refunded me for the entire 3 months without questions. I got the impression they deal with this problem a lot. I just couldn't mention a product or it would redirect me. I tried again and just put "Connect to an agent". It took me back to the subscription page and stopped again. I tried again "Amazon Music Unlimited won't let me cancel". The bot took me to the subscription page without a cancel button and stopped trying to help. There was no cancel button anywhere on the subscription or orders page, so I started a chat, and it was a chat bot, I entered "Cancel Amazon Music Unlimited". I checked the Amazon details page for the subscription and there were no devices logged in or linked to that service. I asked around and nobody in the family knew what it was or who signed up for it. Yesterday I noticed that Amazon was charging me $4.xx a month for something called "Amazon Music Unlimited".
